Who We Are:

Natural Chicks Earth Friendly Child Care is a home daycare center specializing in eco conscious education and practices. We provide quality, safe, and loving childcare for families who want only the best for their children. We also offer a stimulating educational curriculum that encompasses weekly themes to create and nurture interest in many different areas; children grow to anticipate and become excited about what we are learning the next week. Children learn earth friendly daily practices by our example as we involve them with the gardening, composting, healthy living, and following the FOUR R's: Reduce, Reuse, Re-purpose & Recycle!

Our Teachers:

Natural Chicks is a dual provider center with a combined 25 years of experience in caring for children. Both providers are certified and educated in the field of Early Childhood Education. We are professional, high energy, humorous, fun, flexible and dedicated. Our Director of Education is also a medically certified nursing assistant. The safety and well being of the children in our care is always our top priority. Having a dual provider center allows us to give the children more individualized attention. We work very hard to keep our center open year round, with the exception of holidays, which drastically limits your need for utilizing backup care.

Our Location:

We are conveniently located in Columbia Heights, 2 blocks west of University Ave, minutes from NE Minneapolis, Fridley and St. Anthony Village. Our neighborhood elementary school is North Park Elementary with a bus pick up location just paces from our door.
